1. Plans and Pricing
Espres offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. The Free plan has no cost and includes up to 5 active users, 150 customers, and 5,000 sales per month, with 0.5 GB of storage. The Pro plan is paid and grants unlimited users, unlimited customers, unlimited sales, and 10 GB of storage, plus advanced reports and data export.
The price of the Pro plan is USD $9.00 (nine US dollars) per active user per month by default. For organizations with a billing address in Mexico, the price is MXN $179.00 (one hundred seventy-nine Mexican pesos) per active user per month. The currency applicable to your subscription is determined at the time of contracting based on the billing country registered on your payment method and cannot be changed during the life of that subscription, except to correct it where the User's registered tax address is in Mexico and the assigned currency does not correspond, in which case the correction shall apply from the next billing period.
Espres reserves the right to modify prices for future renewals with at least thirty (30) calendar days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect the current billing period.
The Enterprise plan is offered under individually negotiated prices, capacities, and terms documented by purchase order or specific agreement. Where those documents do not address a matter, this Agreement and the Terms of Service apply supplementarily.
2. Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the start of each billing period. Payment is processed automatically using the registered payment method, processed by Stripe, Inc.
The number of users billed corresponds to the number of active (non-deleted) profiles in your organization at the time of renewal. Espres applies proportional proration for users added or removed during the current billing period, generating credits or additional charges in the following invoice.
For organizations with a tax address in Mexico, Espres will issue the Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet (CFDI) for each charge in accordance with applicable tax law. Until automatic issuance through Facturapi (Phase 2) is enabled, CFDIs will be issued manually upon request to hola@espres.app, at no additional charge.
3. Trial Period
New organizations receive a free fourteen (14)-day trial period with full access to the Pro plan, with no payment method required. At the end of the trial period, if no valid payment method has been registered, the account automatically reverts to the Free plan and the corresponding limits apply.
If you register a payment method before the end of the trial period, the paid subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial.
4. Automatic Renewal
Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each monthly billing period, until cancelled by the User. By subscribing, you expressly authorize Espres to make recurring charges to your registered payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email after each successful charge. If payment cannot be completed, Espres will send failed payment notices and grant a grace period of seven (7) calendar days to regularize the payment before suspending the service.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's administration panel (Administration › Billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to Pro features until that date.
Espres does not prorate charges for cancellations made mid-period on an already-paid billing period, except as stated in the Refund Policy.
6. Suspension for Non-Payment
If payment is not made within the grace period, Espres will suspend access to the service's write features. The account will enter "suspended" status and will only allow viewing of historical information. Data will not be deleted during the suspension period.
To reactivate the account, the User must update their payment method and pay any outstanding balances. Reactivation is immediate once payment is confirmed.
7. Refunds
Refund terms, including the seven (7)-calendar-day satisfaction guarantee that Espres offers as a commercial policy, are described in the Refund Policy available at espres.app/legal/reembolsos.
