What are the Free plan's limits?

Three: 2 active sellers per month, 150 customers in your list, and 5,000 sales recorded per month. The sales cap is monthly — the counter goes back to zero on the 1st of every month, so it never runs out for good. The customer cap is a running total and does not reset. Need more? Upgrade to Pro.

How is the Pro plan billed?

Monthly, for each active seller — only the months they run a route. No contracts, no annual lock-ins.

What's the difference between Pro and Business?

Both bill per active seller and share every feature. Pro includes 100 AI credits per seller each month; Business includes 300 credits per seller and priority support, at $349 MXN per active seller per month.

Is there a minimum on the Pro plan?

Yes: the Pro plan bills for at least one active seller per month, even in a month when nobody runs a route. It is the floor that keeps pricing sustainable.

What happens if I run out of AI credits?

Buy a 500-credit top-up for $199 MXN and keep going. The rest of the app is never interrupted. The Free plan does not include AI credits.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade to Pro or Business as your team grows; drop to Free if you scale down.

Do you accept bank transfer?

Yes, for Pro and Business plans. Card too.
