Your catalog, clear and within reach
Create each product with its name, cost and unit. Add a photo, a category and, if you want, a barcode to sell it faster.
What each product stores
The essentials to sell and stay in control, with no extra fields.
The basics
Name, cost and unit of measure: kg, sack, box, gallon, liter or piece. Upload a photo and use the "Available for sale" switch to show or hide it in your sales.
Category
Assign a category to organize your catalog. Categories are managed per business, so you create them your way. It's optional: you can leave it blank.
How to create a product
In four steps it's ready to sell.

Open Products and tap "New product".

Type the name, the cost and choose the unit of measure.

If you want, add a photo, a category and a barcode.

Turn on "Available for sale" and save. It now shows up in your sales.
Barcodes
An optional field that speeds up the sale from the mobile app.
The barcode accepts digits only. When you scan it in the mobile app, the product appears instantly in the sale. Each barcode belongs to a single product within your business. If you don't use barcodes, leave it blank.
Simple products and combos
A product can be sold on its own or as part of a bundle.
A simple product is sold by itself. A combo (composite) bundles several products and sells as a single line; its cost and stock come from its components. We have a dedicated guide for combos.
