Your customers, in order and on the map
A customer is a business you sell to. Save its name, its contact, and its map address, then sort them by route so every visit just flows.
What each customer holds
Just enough to sell well: who you talk to and where the business is.
Name and contact
The business name and who to ask for on arrival. Every visit starts with the right detail in hand.
Address on the map
You pick the address right on the map with Google Places. It's saved with its exact location, not just as text.
How to add a customer
Four steps and it's ready for your next route.
- 1
Open Customers and tap New customer.
- 2
Type the business name and its contact.
- 3
Search for the address on the map and confirm it.
- 4
Assign it to a route with its order number and save.
Routes and visit order
A customer can belong to one or several routes, each with its own order.
Each customer carries a sequence number within the route. That number sets the order the seller visits them on the journey, so the path is never improvised.
Who can edit customers
It depends on each person's role on your team.
Admins and supervisors manage customers fully. A seller can create or edit a customer only from the sales flow, when picking a nearby customer during a journey.
